People all over the world suffer from numerous diseases in different severities, that seems to
drain down the positivity in their lives. They are strangled in the arms of dangerous illness
which could obviously cause them great pain and tension. The disease they are fighting, the
struggles in their life, sufferings of the family and loved ones may be often very
disappointing. It is no wonder that they fell in the hands of hypertension.
The condition is very popular among the patients ongoing with their dialysis treatment;
it has been difficult to control the blood pressure level of the patients and thereby it often
leads to cardiovascular mortality. So it appears to be important for a dialysis patient to
completely evaluate the blood pressure levels. Considering the hypertension in dialysis
patients it is quite necessary to maintain an amiable amount of body fluids- by regulating salt
intake and focussing on dry weight. This can be the foremost measure one could take.
Drugs which help in preserving renal function have been suggested to get blood pressure in
control and so as the mortality. Many other anti-hypertensive medicines are added to the
increase of mortality rate in dialysis patients. But this is not at all enough to avoid the risk of
hypertension affecting the dialysis patients, there is more effort being put forward by the
medical technology to bring it under better control and management.
It was considered as a difficult situation to diagnose and can only poorly contained especially
in dialysis patients. Sometimes it happens to be an undertreatment or overtreatment- both are
dangerous in all ways During the process of ultrafiltration, blood pressure level declines. The
slightest errors can result in the failure of proper understanding of the blood pressure level. It
also depends on the temperature; the seasons play apart in the variation of BP. another factors
influence on the diagnosis are age, sex, weight, height and so on. But the strategies applied
are all the same for everyone, be it pediatric or adults. Dialysis technology is growing rapidly
to ensure better dialysis treatment and measure to control hypertension. The people working
as nephrologist, dialysis technicians are well trained to control any situation caused during
the dialysis treatment.
