What Is BVoc?

B.Voc is a work integrated degree program which is more focused on providing the industry related skills to the students. It has been initiated by government to develop skill India, therefore the main objective of this course is to prepare work ready force immediately after graduation
The industries expect new employees/ freshers to possess all the practical skills they need before they start working. This course is therefore introduced by University Grants Commission to cater to this need of businesses and youth alike.
The course offers to eligible candidates:
 relevant work experience.
 practical knowledge in their chosen field.
 expertise matching candidates’ job aspirations.
 employability for a suitable job as per current market requirements.
 sufficient knowledge for establish themselves in employment
 Opportunity to Pursue Higher education.
BVoc (Bachelor of Vocation) is a three-year duration course divided into six semesters. The course curriculum of BVoc is industry-based which contains about 40% General education (theory) and 60% vocational training (practical) components.
As per the UGC circular 2016, students with BVoc degree should be considered eligible for the competitive exams conducted by Union/State Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Commission or other such bodies where the eligibility criteria is "Bachelor Degree in any discipline".
One of the biggest advantages of pursuing BVoc against common degree courses is that a candidate has multiple exit points during the programme and continued industry exposure.
This means that if a candidate is unable to complete his/ her BVoc course, she/he has is still awarded a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma (or equivalent), in case of successfully completing the first and second year of the course

B.Voc Radiology & Imaging Technology

A Radiologic Technologist performs medical technology to diagnose diseases and disorders in the human body using X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, CT scan, MRI and PET technologies. After successful completion of program with the training from professionals of our institution, candidate will be capable of holding assignments in hospitals and health care institutions, research laboratories and diagnostic centers worldwide.

B.Voc Nutrition & Dietetics

Nutrition deals with the promotion of health by advising on health and food choices. Dietetics deals with food management by planning, monitoring and supervising the diet for patient’s with medical problems. The course offers opportunities for the students to develop professional competencies in the area of foods, Nutrition and Dietetics. We qualify our students to become a nutritionist and dietitian where they can advise people on proper food choice to individuals or communities to promote healthy eating and make our world healthy.

B.Voc Dialysis Technology is a 3 year undergraduate program. This course is divided in to 6 semesters of six months each. Candidates who are interested in learning more about the discipline and go for research and development can also pursue further higher degree studies like, MSc., M. Phil., Ph. D., etc. After successful completion of this course, one can get a job in medical industry including hospitals, private clinics, healthcare, research centers, educational institutes etc.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

Is a Medical Lab Technologist Diploma course. Medical laboratory technology is the branch of medical science responsible for performing laboratory investigations relating to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Medical Laboratory Technologist does not interact directly with patients. 70-80% of all medical decisions are based on the laboratory tests of patients. This shows the importance of the Medical Lab Technologist in providing accurate information to doctors for proper medical diagnosis.

Is a Diploma level Radiography programme.
